Responsibilities

Own ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and design standards

Lead alignment across applications, infrastructure, and services

Architect integrations (directory/identity, monitoring/event management, ERP/finance, endpoint management tools)

Establish and enforce development best practices: security, ACL/RBAC, Flow Designer, ATF, release pipelines

Guide product owners, developers, and admins; approve solution designs

Ensure performance, scalability, and upgrade readiness

Build dashboards that show operational value and outcomes (not just activity)

Reduce technical debt; streamline change/incident/problem workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Minimum 7+ years of ServiceNow experience

3+ years acting as a ServiceNow Architect or Design Authority

Deep expertise in: ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change/Request), ITOM, ITAM, Security operations, Strategic portfolio management, IntegrationHub & Flow Designer

Strong understanding of non-functional requirements: performance, security, upgradeability, and release management

Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams

Preferred

ServiceNow support for a large enterprise or public-sector environment

Platform automation: Automated Test Framework (ATF), pipelines, CI/CD

Service Mapping, ITOM, Performance Analytics
