Responsibilities
Be the front-line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers
Foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations
Develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, and similar events
Provide education of Honeywell products through technical presentations
Maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system
Provide competitive intelligence and market trends
Provide forecasts/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning
Understand the customers’ business and organization with financial acumen as well as good involvement in the local community
Establish relationships with Customer Corporate HQ and local Datacenter focused General Contractors and top Consulting Firms at the Executive Level within your geography
Help them win complex deals with our Master Systems Integrator ‘MSI’ programs for Smart, Healthy Building
Manage all aspects of engagements with new customers across your geographic responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales and customer relationship management
Ability to identify and generate sales opportunities
Strong financial acumen
Experience in developing customer relationships
Ability to provide technical presentations
Experience in maintaining reports and opportunity status
Knowledge of competitive intelligence and market trends
Ability to provide forecasts and demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning
Experience in managing engagements with new customers
Ability to establish relationships with Customer Corporate HQ and local Datacenter focused General Contractors and top Consulting Firms at the Executive Level
Preferred
Experience in the technology or datacenter industry
Familiarity with Master Systems Integrator programs for Smart, Healthy Building
Experience in coordinating and attending trade shows, seminars, and similar events
