They are seeking a detailed-oriented, dependable Laboratory Technician I to join their Infrastructure team, responsible for sampling, processing, and testing materials according to established procedures and specifications.

Responsibilities
Perform and keep documentation of routine maintenance and calibration of equipment
Prepare testing and inspection reports, and safely maintaining documents
Regularly review test procedures, plans, specifications, general notes, and shop/working drawings before performing assigned duties
Continual communication with direct report regarding priorities, deadlines, progress, and delays on all projects
Demonstrate the safe usage, storage, and maintenance of all tools and equipment, including company vehicle
Meet deadlines and priorities according to established procedures
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel
Understand, adhere, and participate in the Raba Kistner Health & Safety and BBS Programs, setting a good example of our safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Good oral and written communications skills
Ability to read and understand procedures, specifications, instruction, labels, reports, etc
Must have some knowledge of basic math and science to analyze lab results
Demonstrate the safe usage, storage, and maintenance of all tools and equipment, including company vehicle
Meet deadlines and priorities according to established procedures
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel
Understand, adhere, and participate in the Raba Kistner Health & Safety and BBS Programs
Preferred
Completion of Troxler Manufacturing or equal radiation safety course to utilize nuclear gauges
ACI Field Testing Technician Grade 1
