Superlanet is seeking an Epic BI Developer to join our healthcare client’s growing Analytics Center of Excellence team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality data analytics and visualization in support of enterprise-wide initiatives, focusing on compliance and internal audit functions.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise BI solutions leveraging Epic Clarity and Caboodle Data Models
Design and manage data visualizations, dashboards, and analytic workflows to support compliance and performance initiatives
Analyze and present comprehensive reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and other senior stakeholders
Identify trends, anomalies, and data outliers to uncover opportunities for operational improvement
Prepare and execute system and program specifications using structured methodologies
Lead analytic projects, managing timelines, budgets, and data quality parameters
Partner with IT and business leaders to ensure alignment between analytics initiatives and organizational goals
Mentor and train junior developers/analysts in data model design, SQL, and visualization best practices
Develop and execute test plans for dashboards and BI tools prior to deployment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development, or data management using Agile/Scrum methodologies
5+ years developing and managing reports and dashboards for analytic projects
4+ years of hands-on experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense, QlikView, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Strong understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL query development
Proven experience creating data models, data marts, and supporting enterprise data warehouses
Experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle Data Models (certified)
Experience developing test plans and executing validation for BI dashboards
Demonstrated experience in project management and vendor coordination
Experience training and mentoring other developers or analysts

Preferred

Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
Epic Caboodle Developer Certification and hands-on development experience
Experience with Epic Revenue Data Models, Pharmacy, and Clinical domains
Familiarity with Cogito Tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer)
Experience integrating data from Infor AP, HR, and Supply Chain modules
7+ years of experience with enterprise databases and analytic reporting
5+ years of experience using advanced BI visualization tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau
