The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in testing end-to-end SAP implementations and integrations, and will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and performance.

Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP applications
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, and HR
Validate business processes and configurations against requirements and specifications
Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, or Solution Manager)
Collaborate closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business users to ensure accurate test coverage and resolution of issues
Participate in cutover and post-go-live validation activities to ensure smooth transitions
Contribute to automation testing efforts using tools like Worksoft, Tricentis Tosca, or UFT
Provide regular test execution reports and quality metrics to project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of SAP testing experience in implementation and support projects
Strong understanding of at least two SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO, PP)
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments
Preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA testing
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager Test Suite
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
Automation testing experience using SAP-specific tools
