Lead Generation Specialist
SafePaaS is a leading policy-based access governance platform that empowers enterprises to automatically detect, prevent, and remediate access risks. They are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who will focus on building relationships with prospective customers and driving engagement through personalized nurturing experiences.

Responsibilities
Build and execute personalized lead nurturing programs, 1:1 and 1-to-many ABM through multi-channel outreach
Develop meaningful dialogues with MQLs and convert them into SQLs/Product Demo booking
Manage Nurturing funnel and set up strong follow-up mechanisms. MQLs include High Intent leads from Event/ Webinar attendees, content downloads, and awareness campaign engagement
Lead Scoring to prioritize outreach and develop personalized messaging using dynamic content blocks including insights based on persona, company type, account insights, engagement source and stage in the buying journey
Collaborate closely with the Outbound and Sales team to identify promising opportunities, schedule discovery calls, and ensure smooth handoff of qualified SQLs
Work with marketing to align and optimize messaging, content offers, and campaigns that support lead conversion goals
Analyze engagement data to identify patterns, intent signals, and opportunities for re-engagement
Continuously A/B test and optimize messaging, cadences, and outreach timing to improve connection and conversion rates
Maintain clean, accurate data in the CRM (Salesforce) and report regularly on lead activity, pipeline progression, and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
4 years of experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, or sales development (preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity space)
Demonstrated success in building relationships with leads and converting marketing-generated interest into sales conversations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey value, credibility, and curiosity in every interaction
Strong understanding of lead management processes, including scoring, segmentation, calendar management and handoff best practices
Proficiency with CRM and Marketing automation tech stacks
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze engagement metrics and optimize performance
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred
Experience in nurturing MQLs through multi-channel outreach
Experience in building Automation workflows
Strong familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and personalized campaign approaches for enterprise accounts
Prior work experience in the US/UK market in generating SQLs/Demo booking
Understanding of buyer personas, content strategy, and conversational marketing
Knowledge of the cybersecurity or identity governance market
In-depth understanding of Lead scoring, Pipeline progression, Nurturing Strategy for Enterprise accounts, leverage marketing analytics for effective outreach
Deep knowledge of Tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Salesforce, Perplexity, Deepseek, Factor.ai
