Sales Enablement Specialist

The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in enhancing the Revenue Organization by developing and executing enablement programs, primarily for new hires, while also addressing ongoing training needs as the business evolves.

Responsibilities

Own and Optimize Sales Onboarding: Design, manage, and execute the complete learning journey for our Account Executives (AEs), including new hire onboarding and career pathing, to ensure a structured, engaging, and measurable ramp-up
Drive Ongoing Excellence: Develop and deliver training programs on key sales methodologies, platform features, process updates, and tech stack utilization to ensure our existing team is equipped to maximize their performance
Facilitate Blended Learning: Deliver engaging training through a mix of self-paced online modules, interactive virtual live sessions, hands-on practice workshops, and role-playing to accelerate ramp time and develop crucial selling skills
Assess and Coach: Conduct skills gap analyses and evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing performance data, listening to recorded calls (e.g., using Gong or similar tools), and facilitating coaching sessions with sales managers to reinforce learning and drive performance improvements
Develop Core Resources: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to create and maintain high-quality digital assets, including Sales Playbooks, LMS content, e-learning courses and compelling multimedia materials that support continuous learning
Maximize Tool Adoption: Promote adoption and proficiency of our core sales technology stack (e.g., Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong) to ensure the team can operate efficiently and effectively
Track Impact: Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of all Sales Onboarding and other training initiatives, using data to iterate and ensure a culture of continuous improvement across the Revenue team

Required

3+ years in sales enablement, sales, or client success roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs tailored to diverse audiences
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
Eagerness to discover and learn new technologies and methods to better enable sales teams
Experience with content management and learning management systems a plus
