Responsibilities
Be the Polish Czar at Rogo - add the last mile details that make Rogo feel like a unified, beautiful experience
Own the design system and collaborate closely with design & engineering in Figma and Code to maintain and constantly improve it
Concept and implement moments of delight across the web & product experience
Continue to build on the high quality, high craft culture at Rogo
Qualification
Required
You are a strong frontend engineer with a strong eye for design, are proficient in React / NextJS, and design/animation libraries like Framer Motion, GSAP or other
You excel at building browser-native, robust, DOM-compliant React components, taking into account accessibility, reusability, cross-platform considerations
You are comfortable in Figma, especially creating useful, code-compatible design systems
You understand how to build polished, composable design system components in a scalable, easy-to-maintain way
You have a portfolio showcasing a variety of compelling web / engineering projects that demonstrate a strong eye for polish, craft, and attention to detail
You can think creatively about Rogo's product experience and bringing delight to our users
