Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited University
Minimum of 4-7 years of land development design experience
Experience managing project schedules and budgets
Some supervision of civil designers
Interaction with clients and agencies
Civil Engineering Professional Registration
Preferred
Experience with site plan engineering for commercial, office and healthcare projects
