Graphics Programmer – GPU Driven Rendering
The Forge Interactive, Inc. is a real-time graphics think-tank specializing in custom game engines and rendering solutions. They are seeking a Graphics Programmer to optimize GPU rendering and contribute to ambitious projects within the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
Proven ability to optimize GPU rendering by replacing traditional graphics pipeline code with compute shaders for improved performance
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to optimize GPU rendering by replacing traditional graphics pipeline code with compute shaders for improved performance
BSc or higher in Computer Science or a relevant topic
3 + years of experience with Metal, Vulkan, and/or DirectX 12
Professional experience creating a rendering engine or in graphics programming
Preferred
Multiple platform experience, across a wide range of HW capabilities
Active hobbyist developer, or with open source contributions
Willingness to tackle a challenging technical assignment based on an open-source rendering framework
Experience optimizing compute shaders
