Responsibilities
Supports development and maturation of monthly CPFR process (Collaborative Forecasting, Planning and Replenishment) for assigned customers to deliver exceptional supply chain performance and deliver value
Learn and contribute to the setup process for new products in customer and Dorman systems to ensure flow of replenishment to drive incremental revenue
Identify performance improvements through use of data and analytics
Support and enhance customer relationships
Identify gaps in service levels to limit potential fine or penalty exposure and initiate solutions
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement across all function
Qualification
Required
Provides timely solutions to problems under the supervision of a Dorman mentor
Relative coursework may be required
Multi-tasking and appropriately prioritizing tasks to ensure meeting business line goals
Actively enrolled in a 4-year college/university undergraduate program in Supply Chain or other business-related degree
Presently enrolled juniors or seniors in good academic standing (3.2 GPA or above)
