Responsibilities
The Laboratory Supervisor (Transfusion) oversees the technical and operational performance of the Transfusion Services section
This role ensures compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in transfusion testing and blood product management
The position serves as a departmental resource, coordinating daily workflow, resolving technical issues, supporting quality initiatives, and promoting collaboration across the laboratory and clinical departments
Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
State of Florida Supervisory License required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
Minimum of three (3) years of laboratory experience required
Preferred
American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Certification
