Recruiting Sourcer
Aurelian is a company that automates non-emergency calls for 9-1-1 centers through an AI-powered operator. They are seeking a Recruiting Sourcer on a 6-month contract-to-full-time basis to identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple functions during a phase of rapid growth.

Responsibilities
Source candidates across a wide range of roles to build top-of-funnel - from engineering to sales, marketing, design, and operations
Use tools like Juicebox, LinkedIn, etc. and other creative channels to identify strong talent
Build thoughtful and personalized candidate searches and outreach approaches that represent our brand and mission, focusing on quality vs quantity
Partner with the Head of Talent to calibrate profiles, align on pipelines, and iterate based on feedback
Move quickly, stay organized, and adapt as priorities shift
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally trained at an agency or search firm, and have since spent some time in-house at a startup
Experience sourcing both technical and non-technical roles
Extreme bias towards action, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable working in gray areas with limited structure
Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Ready to source as soon as you jump on board
