Responsibilities

Drive quality strategy for assigned product areas, ensuring test coverage

Partner with Product and Engineering to embed QA best practices throughout the development lifecycle

Advocate for a “shift-left” quality mindset - integrating testing early in design and development phases

Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications

Execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end testing across web and blockchain components

Design and maintain automated regression suites using tools such as Playwright and CI/CD pipelines

Support the delivery of high-quality releases by identifying and tracking defects, performing root cause analysis, and verifying fixes

Validate data integrity across blockchain transactions, APIs, and databases

Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives, including documentation, test automation coverage, and release metrics

Mentor junior quality analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and excellence

Analyze quality trends and KPIs to proactively identify risk areas and recommend preventative measures

Actively participate and represent QA in sprint ceremonies, release planning, and post-release retrospectives
