The role involves ensuring the success of the division through quality management, training, safety, and compliance, while also being accountable for the performance of technicians in various counties.

Responsibilities

Accountable for teaching and following our CORE VALUES, as well as all service duties of the Pest Control Division

Hold the Accountability of making sure the entire Division is successful (Quality, Development, SOP, Training, Safety, Profit & Growth)

Responsible for technicians in the Atlantic, CapeMay, Cumberland, Ocean, Camden, and Burlington County Areas

Required

Must possess a High School diploma or GED

MUST have at Least 5 years' experience as a certified pesticide applicator/operator in the state of NJ (New Jersey), PA, or DE with a Pest Control Company and/or Landscaping Company

Must have a minimum of 3 years of Management/Supervisory Experience

Must demonstrate the ability to use a computer, hand-held device, cell phone and the internet

Must demonstrate the ability to train and coach all levels of the Basic Technician Training, as well as all Technician levels up to and including Master Technician
