Responsibilities
Support the development and operations of the technology infrastructure, focusing on cloud environments
Assist with infrastructure management, systems administration, and the operation of orchestration engines
Ensure application uptime, contribute to cloud disaster recovery planning, and engage in related initiatives
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, systems administration, or a related role
Fundamental understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
Basic knowledge of automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and management tasks. Powershell preferred
Experience with system troubleshooting and problem-solving across various application domains and platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support senior engineers
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond to system incidents outside of regular business hours
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
Preferred
Master's Degree preferred
Any additional Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer are preferred
