As an Operations Intern, you will support the operations team by providing excellent customer service and working on various projects to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Support the operations teams to provide quality customer service to internal and external customers, this may include:
Phone screening
Email Support
Data entry in  Excel, OMS, PIES, Salesforce, and OSC
Complete data clean-up and analysis projects to support the teams
Produce reports and metrics for review by the team daily/weekly/monthly
Special projects in support of the order fulfillment, field services, warehouse/delivery and service departments
Special projects focused on improving customer experience and promoting customer experience internally
Assisting with special events such as large group trainings, marketing events (State Fair Booth), team meetings, etc
Deliver product to customer job sites as needed
Other duties as required

Required

Must have a valid driver's license
A clean driving record
