Landry's is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join their team, offering opportunities for growth and career advancement. The role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property and ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and operational.

Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance tasks using proven methods
Provide mechanical support to all departments throughout the park property
Operate and drive utility vehicle from warehouse to park property, transporting personnel, materials and equipment
Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs and general upkeep of the property
Complete preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
Maintain tools and equipment; keep safe and in working condition
Inspect and maintain facility equipment and infrastructure routinely

Required

Availability to work nights and evenings
Have a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 + years of experience general maintenance or handyman experience in a commercial setting
Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, drywall, and general repair techniques
Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks regularly
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability (early mornings, weekends, holidays)
