Responsibilities
Maintain project accounts and tags in the accounting system
Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders
Review and pay supplier invoices related to a project
Review account totals related to project assets, liabilities, and expenses
Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management
Maintain budget and financial reporting records for projects. Report to management regarding the remaining budget available for projects
Close out project accounts upon completion
Compile information for internal and external auditors as required
Liaison between Corporate Finance and other internal departments that have various project related financial needs
Qualification
Required
Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication
Must be a problem-solving skills, and strong quantitative and analytical competency
Must have proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role
Must have advanced knowledge of Excel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics or relevant work experience preferred
3-5 years of Business Finance or other relevant experience
