Responsibilities

General Ledger: Own consolidations including Fx accounting. Maintain accurate general ledgers by posting journal entries, and ensuring transactions are properly recorded. Be a key player in transitioning GL activities in-house. Help the Controller lead the accounting function, interacting closely with subsidiary accounting leaders

Month-End and Year-End: Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring that financial reports are prepared accurately and on time

Account Reconciliation: Perform or assist teams with various reconciliations, which may include ASC 606 revenue, bank accounts, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, pre-paids, and other financial data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Review & Audits: Assist with monthly flux analysis, support the year-end audit and tax processes, providing essential data and documentation as required

Ad-Hoc: Support the Controller and CFO with special projects as needed

Innovate: Lead and participate in implementation projects, driving efficient and scalable accounting solutions
