Off-Premise Experience and Performance Manager

The Off-Premise Experience and Performance Manager will strategize and execute growth strategies for off-premise channels, managing relationships and optimizing performance across various third-party delivery platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the end-to-end off-premise strategy for 700+ franchise locations spanning multipole brands within the portfolio, including, but not limited to, the Edible Arrangements and Roti locations
Support existing and new 3P (third-party) delivery partner relationships, communication, and optimization strategies across a multi-brand portfolio. Examples include Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and ezCater
Liaison with Operations leads to ensuring highest reliability metrics for all off-premise third-party partners
Collaborate with Innovation, Operations & Marketing teams to lead the optimization of 3P menus, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and profile merchandising
Own KPIs for third-party relationships, presenting to senior leadership and spearheading recommendations and execution of optimizations to improve performance
Providing weekly and monthly performance reporting, showcasing successful optimizations results and continued strategies for growth in off-premise third party sales
Partner with eCommerce and Marketing leads to incorporate off-premise promotional opportunities into over-arching brand calendar
Present eCommerce and Off Premise leadership with new revenue channel opportunities, product offerings, platform opportunities, and integration opportunities
Work collaboratively with partners in Operations to ensure new channel offerings that will be fulfilled by franchisees stores have been clearly communicated to the franchise system, setting all parties up for success
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience growing eCommerce brands via third-party digital channels including, but not limited to UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub, etc
Demonstrated experience spearheading initiatives, presenting to senior leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Expertise in setting, monitoring, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to third-party relationships, with a focus on continuous improvement
Can demonstrate the understanding of financial principles to present new revenue opportunities and ensure profitability of third-party channels
Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Customer Care) in sharing updates, assisting with system-wide changes or promotions, and ensuring smooth information flow
Strong operational perspective on how to drive digital revenue and manage growth through a robust partner ecosystem
Outstanding relationship-building skills and client-centered approach to partnership development
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for optimizing third-party relationships, with a focus on long-term growth and profitability
Proficiency in negotiating agreements with third-party delivery and marketplace partners, ensuring beneficial terms and conditions for all stakeholders
Strong analytical capabilities to monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and preferences, ensuring third-party offerings align with brand values and customer expectations and using creative thinking to drive the optimization of third-party menus, pricing strategies, promotional strategies, and profile merchandising
Exceptional sales acumen with a desire to be the champion for our partners internally, while ensuring Edible's growth initiatives are met
