Responsibilities

Perform depot-level modifications and new structural integrations and existing structures modifications on the airframe
Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to address and resolve complex structural issues to include documenting inconsistencies and non-conformance, redline documentations and suggested install corrective actions
Document all maintenance actions in accordance with applicable regulations and standards
Maintain compliance with quality assurance and safety standards, including adherence to Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790 and local SOP and GOPS compliance guidelines
Support aircraft inspections and acceptance procedures and modifications as required
Ensure all tools, test equipment, and consumables are calibrated and maintained per established policies

Required

Minimum 5 years of aviation structure maintenance experience
Proficiency in depot-level maintenance procedures and processes
Knowledge of FAA, military, and industry standards
Familiarity with aircraft structures and airframes
Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration

Preferred

Experience on the MH-60S / MH-60R platform aircraft
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license or equivalent military certification
Prior service in a military or government aviation maintenance environment
Aircraft Avionics / Electrician Certifications
Past Quality Assurance or QAR Experience
Active Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one)
