Responsibilities

Assist with weekly sales reporting, providing key insights and performance commentary

Support with the Sephora Favorites sampling program, ensuring timely coordination and execution

Help manage seasonal marketing awards submissions and contribute to the development of marketing briefs

Maintain and update the marketing calendar across both GTM and Side-by-Side planning

Oversee SKU/item setup and maintenance for seasonal launches

Coordinate ad hoc orders for seasonal gratis and PR products

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of initiatives
