Responsibilities

Responsible for running large and complex proposals and presentations

Continue to develop a practical and solid understanding of Aon solutions

Organize and lead proposal meetings ensuring a response strategy is established and implemented

Work with consultants and subject matter authorities to develop customized content

Partner with the lead designer to ensure proposals and presentations are visually impactful

Lead presentation brainstorming and development sessions

Effectively collaborate with graphic designers on every project

Ability to work independently at a fast pace while being flexible in light of project shifts

Required

5+ years professional work experience in bid management, insurance and brokerage industry experience strongly preferred

Demonstrable background in the development of custom strategic content (bringing to bear essential messaging/value propositions) and strong editing skills required

Ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting all deadlines

Experience with crafting oral presentation deliverables, partnering with a designer and the account team

Ability to learn quickly and show flexibility to adapt in a growing group, working both independently and with a team mentality (required)

Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

Intermediate Word, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge required

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields in communication required (relevant experience considered)
