Responsibilities
Meet or exceed Market plan objectives for Sales, Cost of Sales and Profitability
Plan annual goals and budgets for Market activities
Analyzes Market drivers and identifies unique new business opportunities for high growth and profitability
Identifies all related conferences and other overhead expenses needed to accomplish goals
Assists Divisional personnel in the evaluation of prospective clients and opportunities, reinforcing sound business decision-making
Engages in Proposal teams, Red Team reviews and Mock interviews for major pursuits to ensure sound client value propositions have been developed
Mentors specific PM/CAMs and other client-facing personnel in the Markets to improve their BD skills and activities
Engages in recruiting, mentoring, coaching
Engages in local organizations and conferences
Qualification
Required
B.S. degree in Engineering or related field required
8-10 years of related experience required
3-4 years of professional and project management experience in consulting engineering required
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required
Superior communication skills required
In-depth knowledge of company service and products required
Skilled in mergers and acquisitions required
Preferred
Master's/MBA degree or equivalent preferred
Professional registration preferred
