Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance team in maintaining the physical integrity of a multimillion dollar, multifamily apartment home community
Diagnose and fix issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, structural, lighting, and security systems
Anticipate problems that residents might have before they occur
Lead a team of technicians in performing routine preventive maintenance and high-quality repairs
Share wisdom and insights with the team, prioritize tasks, and motivate them to excel
Oversee and inspect team’s work and perform tasks as needed
Track and assign maintenance information, including resident service requests and preventive maintenance records
Manage service vendors, maintenance budget, and supplies inventory
Qualification
Required
Solid record of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience
Impeccable record-keeping and reporting skills
Physical agility and mobility
Resourceful problem solver
Current EPA and CPO certifications
