The NPI Sourcing Manager plays a critical role in bridging R&D and Supply Chain functions to ensure seamless sourcing support throughout the product development lifecycle, responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing suppliers and external manufacturing partners to support development programs from concept through commercial launch.

Required

Experience in sourcing and supply chain management, particularly in the medical device or healthcare industry

Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D and manufacturing

Proven track record of managing projects from concept through to commercial launch

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the medical device industry

Preferred

Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes

Familiarity with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and Contract Development Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs)

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
