Review documents to create report shells and send to attorneys for them to add analysis and submit to client

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a strong team dynamic and ensure smooth case progression

Required

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years' experience as a litigation paralegal or insurance claims handler in a fast paced, high volume, team-oriented environment

Must be proactive and able to prioritize tasks for multiple stakeholders, including attorneys and clients, and communicate across a national team internally and externally

Analytical thinking and decision-making skills are critical

Exceptional writing abilities, including clarity and coherence, to produce high-quality content

Excellent oral communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas in a clear and concise manner

Proficient in MS Office Suite required

Preferred

Paralegal certificate a plus

Insurance defense or personal injury experience is a plus

Experience in iManage a plus
