Responsibilities

Grow and engage our audience: Partner with editorial leadership to increase traffic, email subscribers, followers, and registered users across Inc.com and FastCompany.com

Lead SEO and AI strategy: Shape how our content performs in search and emerging AI platforms, optimizing headlines, metadata, and partnerships that drive discovery

Own newsletter and lifecycle marketing: Oversee newsletter strategy, segmentation, and onboarding/re-engagement campaigns to boost retention and conversion

Optimize across platforms: Develop growth strategies for Reddit, Quora, WhatsApp, and other emerging platforms, while collaborating with social teams on innovation

Turn insights into action: Translate data from GA4, Parse.ly, Bombora, and other tools into strategic recommendations that inform editorial, marketing, and sales

Support revenue growth: Optimize content funnels and referral channels to drive subscriptions and paid engagement

Collaborate cross-functionally: Advocate for audience data across teams and foster a shared understanding of growth levers company-wide
