Business Development Rep-Title Agency
Security Service Federal Credit Union is focused on developing business-to-business relationships to enhance their Title Agency department. The Business Development Representative is responsible for increasing market awareness and revenues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify target customers and forecast revenues.

Responsible for developing and maintaining business-to-business relationships with new and existing companies that raise market awareness for Title Agency department to increase revenues
Work with cross functional teams to forecast revenues and identify target customers
Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) year of title insurance company or agency experience
Must have or obtain and maintain Escrow Officer License with the Texas Department of Insurance
Complete continuing educations courses to maintain licensure
Demonstrated ability to use title production software
Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a high volume environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Planning and organizing abilities
Highly self-motivated and demonstrate initiative
Attention to detail to identify issues that should be escalated to title management
