Responsibilities
Analyze – Break down data to identify trends, uncover pain points, and get to the lowest level of detail to inform decision-making
Experiment – Use a data-driven approach and market knowledge to identify opportunities, run tests, and continuously improve our operations
Influence – Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing to bring solutions to life
Grow professionally – Gain exposure to multiple sides of the business, own special projects, and expand your scope over time
Qualification
Required
3-4 years of work experience in banking, consulting, business operations, strategy, operations, technology, startups, STEM fields, or related areas
Able to structure and execute analysis, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, have advanced SQL skills, and can manage complex datasets
Able to translate high-level goals into actionable plans
Comfortable communicating with stakeholders internally and externally to drive projects forward
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities
