Responsibilities

Strategically partner with stakeholders across Employee Success to understand the nuances of how to answer business questions with data. Work within an intense, team-first, challenging environment

Own the architecture of the talent attraction data pipeline, engineering the extraction, transformation, and modeling of base data from a variety of sources

Transform analytical findings into compelling, easy-to-digest narratives and visuals (dashboards, presentations, etc.) that influence hiring strategy and drive action

Challenge assumptions and uncover key insights using a variety of mathematical and statistical techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and various other methods of predictive analytics

Provide expertise on the impact of configuration on data, driving excellence and high quality data standards across the Talent Attraction tech stack (ATS, HRIS, etc.)
