Responsibilities

Design, codify, and evolve the Trusted Circles programming framework to ensure sessions remain fresh, relevant, and deeply engaging
Research and identify trends that matter most to members, translating those insights into actionable exercises, discussion prompts, and facilitator guides
Develop a multi-year curriculum roadmap that blends foundational topics such as Life Reflections, Financial Reviews, and Group Accountability and advanced workshops
Create facilitator toolkits with ready-to-use materials that make moderation simple and effective
Pilot and refine new thematic sessions, incorporating feedback to improve impact and engagement
Track participation and member satisfaction data to inform ongoing improvements in structure and delivery
Serve as a high-touch relationship lead for Trusted Circles members, ensuring each participant feels supported and connected throughout their journey
Gather member insights to improve the overall experience and ensure programming evolves with the needs of the community
Partner with moderators to strengthen facilitation quality by providing structure, support, and best practices
Design and deliver cross-circle programs, workshops, and thematic experiences that deepen relationships and create shared learning across the network

Required

At least 5 years of experience in community management, executive coaching, peer learning, or learning and development roles
Proven ability to design or refine group-based curriculum for sophisticated or high-performing audiences
Strong understanding of psychological safety, group dynamics, and adult learning principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and practical materials
Skilled at analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to measure engagement and impact
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required

Preferred

Experience working with entrepreneurial or high-net-worth individuals is strongly preferred
