Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze & import entries into the general ledger
Assist with processing & coding vendor invoices with GL account numbers
Reconcile balance sheet & bank accounts daily & at month end
Request & record daily wires & ACH’s
Pull various daily reports
Answers accounting and financial questions by researching & interpreting data
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience in accounting or related field
Must have strong competency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Must have accuracy and attention to detail
Must have great communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with people at all levels
Strong analytical skills
About to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
Preferred
2+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
