Design and analyze transmission and substation systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects
Participate in site visits and field inspections
Prepare technical reports and documentation

Required

Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well with a team
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Four or more years of engineering design experience

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil or structural preferred
Registered professional engineer (PE), a plus
