Responsibilities
Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal performance
Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks for HVAC, lighting, and other building systems
Troubleshoot and resolve system alarms and faults promptly
Analyze data from the BMS to identify trends and optimize system performance
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for any repairs or upgrades
Document all maintenance activities and system updates
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Provide technical support and guidance to staff and building occupants
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 Years of experience and maintaining building management systems
