Senior Product Designer
LiveRamp is a data collaboration platform known for its innovative approach to consumer privacy and data ethics. The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end UX design for the Segmentation product, collaborating with various teams to create user-centered solutions and improve the design system.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UX design for the Segmentation product, including the rule builder, AI integration, and SQL-based segmentation
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, explore constraints, rapidly ideate, and deliver thoughtful user-centered solutions
Distill insights from customer conversations, metrics, and research, synthesizing them into actionable improvements that balance user needs and business goals
Craft engaging and high-quality design artifacts including user flows, journey maps, information architecture, mockups, and interactive prototypes that deliver seamless and delightful experiences
Contribute to the evolution of our design system by designing scalable components and advancing shared guidelines, frameworks, and reusable patterns
Partner with engineering to implement and iterate on designs, ensuring technical feasibility and exploring emerging technologies such as AI and LLMs, weaving them elegantly into next-generation solutions
Communicate user-centered solutions to leadership through clear storytelling that aligns stakeholders and informs decisions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of design experience in product or UX design within a cross-functional organization
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Cognitive Psychology, or related field
An outstanding online portfolio showcasing design artifacts, processes, strong design acumen, and clear storytelling. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered
Experience designing and delivering user-facing products
Proficiency in UX design and user research with experience using tools such as Figma, Fullstory, Pendo, or Miro
Strong technical background and data acumen, including how data is ingested, structured, filtered, and processed
Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and consistently deliver work of high craft and quality, maintaining consistency even with limited guidance
Preferred
Bonus points for experience in B2B or advertising technology
Experience with AI tools (Figma Make, NotebookLM, Cursor, Claude Tools) is a plus
Bonus points for experience with AI, APIs, segmentation products, or SQL
