Mid, Senior LevelHyros is building an aggressive AI-powered marketing platform. The Marketing AI Prompting and Automation Engineer will optimize AI agents to enhance customer results, diagnose and fix failing accounts, and strategize new applications of the AIR agent to increase revenue.

Responsibilities
Optimize the AIR AI agent for customers to improve their results
Add new AI automations for large clients to expand their results
Diagnose failing accounts and re-align their AI agent to perform better and get them back to success
Be the expert of prompting our AI and creating default easy settings and strategies that will work for smaller customers
Help our team strategize new ways to apply the AIR agent to increase revenue for clients
After you are successful train other agents to improve the AI work flows and direct a team whose sole role is improving results
Detect problems and errors in the AI messaging and help our engineers/developers adjust them
Work hand and hand with our development teams in achieving all the goals above
Be a one-person army in the beginning—hands-on, all-in
Qualification
Required
Long experience in writing/crafting email marketing emails for conversion
Extremely familiar with using LLMs and marketing AIs to create content
Familiar with AI agents and email automation workflows
Extremely attention to detail and OCD with optimization
