Responsibilities

Lead and manage key projects to enhance ethics and business integrity programs
Drive change management initiatives for new or updated policies and processes
Collaborate with teams to implement and track corrective and preventive actions
Manage comprehensive training and communication strategies for all employees
Respond to policy interpretation requests and aggregate feedback for improvements
Benchmark external practices and draft recommendations for policy updates

Required

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Law, or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare compliance and 7 years in pharma/biotech
At least 3 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws, FDA regulations, and industry codes
Certified in Healthcare Compliance or willingness to obtain within 1 year
Exceptional communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
