Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical projects (Hyper Scale data centers, industrial facilities)
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure alignment and quality
Oversee safety compliance, risk management, and change orders
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction
Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders

Required

5+ years of experience managing large electrical construction projects
Direct experience with Hyper Scale data centers and/or industrial facilities (semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methodologies
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
