Plateau Software Inc is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer / Tester to support a Salesforce CRM platform. The QA Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, applying Salesforce testing methodologies, and ensuring the quality and performance of the solution through rigorous testing and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans for the Salesforce CRM solution
Apply Salesforce testing methodologies and utilize test automation tools and defect tracking systems
Ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of the Salesforce solution through comprehensive testing and detailed defect reporting
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure successful implementation of features and fixes

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
Experience in Salesforce testing methodologies and test automation
Proficiency with defect tracking systems and QA documentation

Preferred

3+ years of experience in QA roles, preferably with Salesforce platforms
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (preferred)
