Responsibilities
Lead execution of M&A advisory, debt and equity placements, corporate restructuring, valuation and fairness opinions, and other financial advisory engagements
Build and manage detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic presentations
Prepare high-quality marketing materials including pitch books, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations
Partner with Managing Directors and senior bankers to support business development and maintain strong client relationships
Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in analytical work
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive developments, particularly within the Consumer sector
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of full-time accounting or financial advisory experience in professional services
Strong foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and transaction structuring
Proven ability to produce high-quality client-facing materials and documentation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellence
