Responsibilities
Spend 10 weeks working with a Tishman Speyer team in New York City in one of our functional areas
Contribute in a meaningful way to Tishman Speyer’s business
Participate in asset tours and team building events to deepen engagement in the real estate industry and Tishman Speyer’s culture
Gain experience through a series of rotations across Tishman Speyer’s core functional areas
Qualification
Required
First year MBA students
Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career on the principal side
Unquestioned integrity
Demonstrated leadership ability
Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven tools, to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation
Strong problem-solving skills that combine creativity with rigorous analytical ability
The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment
Effective written and oral communication skills
Strong commitment and energy
Future interest and flexibility to work in different geographic regions
Class of 2027 MBA graduates only
