Responsibilities
Assist current customers with billing, policy changes, and coverage questions
Proactively reach out for renewals, late payments, and account reviews
Assist customer with filing claims
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that build long-term relationships
Help maintain high retention by following up on claims and ensuring satisfaction
Identify and close opportunities for auto, home, life, and health insurance
Support office goals by meeting daily activity metrics and monthly sales targets
Handle incoming leads (internet, referrals, or marketing campaigns) efficiently
Provide tailored recommendations to fit each customer's lifestyle and goals
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health preferred or willing to obtain)
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management
Strong communication skills -- both written and verbal
Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team-first mentality
