They are looking for a Senior Staff Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to build and improve the ML infrastructure that supports their Ads business, focusing on optimizing workflows and enhancing developer efficiency.

Responsibilities

Build the platform, services and tooling for the full lifecycle of ML engineering
Work with ML engineers who develop, train, deploy and operate ML models to optimize ML workflows and improve developer experience and developer efficiency
Contribute to Coupang Ads Tech Infrastructure and improve how ML is integrated into Coupang Ads Tech infrastructure to meet requirements on engineering velocity, performance and reliability

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
10+ years of experience with very large and complex distributed systems
5+ years of coding experience in one of the following: C++, Java, Python
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Preferred

Prior experience with large scale ML infrastructure
Extensive experience in designing complex backend systems
Ability to challenge the existing norms to improve overall systems and processes
