This role will act as a key liaison between partner teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison for the site, external service providers, and partner teams

Coordinate shipping and receiving logistics, including accepting deliveries and preparing outgoing shipments

Track couriers headed to or arriving from other offices

Order and pick up lunches for staff on site

Maintain stock of office supplies and food and beverages for the site

Maintaining a clean office and work environment

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, contractors, and vendors

Coordinate travel, stay, and food for visitors

Track and document employee travel

Coordinate various vendors responsible for maintaining the site
