Responsibilities

Schedule: 1.0 FTE: Full time, 4-to-5-days weekly, 34 patient contact hours weekly, with In-basket Nurse Practitioner support
Call: ~1:20, evening phone calls, to include one working weekend in the same day clinic once per quarter
Team: 8 Family Medicine Physicians and ~15 Advance Practice Practitioners
32 exam spaces, shared with Same Day Clinicians, the clinic is located on the campus of the hospital, with on-site digital x-ray
1:1 Medical Assistant ratio, seeing all ages, up to ~20 patients per day
Onsite: Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services
In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
Clinician must hold: BLS

MD/DOBLSFamily MedicineInternal MedicineMedPed

Required

MD/DO in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or MedPed
BLS certification
