Responsibilities
Defines and executes the enterprise strategy for community affairs, including the Giving Fund, Associate Resource Groups, the Helping Hand Fund, and core philanthropic pillars
Oversees all aspects of charitable platforms, including governance, fundraising, and systems of record, while designing signature events to drive engagement and visibility
Builds and leads an enterprise volunteer program that mobilizes associates for disaster recovery, housing, veteran support, and other community needs
Establishes and strengthens strategic partnerships with local and national nonprofit organizations to amplify impact and align enterprise investments
Provides strategic direction and operational support to Associate Resource Groups, ensuring alignment with community affairs goals and fostering cultural connectivity
Leads and develops a team of community affairs professionals, setting priorities, managing resources, and maintaining governance and compliance standards
Guides local community engagement efforts to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and effective use of charitable investments
Develops and executes communication strategies that highlight community impact, build awareness, and inspire associate participation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business administration, or a related field
9+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, community affairs, philanthropy, or related fields
5+ years of previous management experience
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity
