Responsibilities
Become an expert on the process of Anrok’s international filing and payments processes
Support performance analysis and roadmap for ad hoc projects related to international filing
Triage and respond to customer inquiries in regards to their international tax returns and payments
Develop and execute monthly reconciliation processes for both domestic and international filing ensuring our customers are fully compliant
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take ownership of complex projects and drive them to completion
Engaging with customers and stakeholders proactively to solve challenging problems
Using data to make informed decisions and present findings to the broader team
Detail-oriented and love for SOPs
Experience with government and regulatory compliance, including tax filing, payroll tax management, licensing, audits, and grants management
