In this role, you will partner with various managers to implement premium Commercial Card programs and ensure exceptional client servicing support during the implementation process.

Responsibilities
Partnering with Client Relationship Managers, Treasury Managers and Portfolio Managers when a new or existing client wants to add a premium Commercial Card program to their portfolio
Deescalating issues or impacts to customers within the treatment period to meet or exceed customer expectations of resolve
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert regarding system parameters, functionalities, and capabilities to support new customer programs effectively
Delivering exceptional client servicing support during the implementation process, including online platform training, payment training, virtual card maintenance, reconciliation and reporting training and connection
Qualification
Required
Desired Education – bachelor's degree (minimum - high school diploma)
Have at least 4+ years in Credit card or Debit card operations, servicing or support experience
Intermediate level knowledge of general banking operations; including Commercial Credit Card, Commercial Loans, Treasury Management and additional banking products and services
Intermediate level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Comfortable using Microsoft suite of applications
Experience working with CRM tools (ex. Salesforce, Microsoft365, etc.)
Intermediate experience working in a production environment using queues and workflows
Intermediate experience with either debit or credit cards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
